The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas recently made some headlines with a write-up about the housing market being way out of sorts. Excellent information, but it ends that analysis with a comment that they don't think we will see anything like what we saw in 2008. There is just too much demand. Even with interest rates moving up, there is still meager inventory.

So, are we headed for a crash? We are definitely in a situation where there is a severe lack of affordable homes. That is an issue that we as a country need to figure out. See Noel's thoughts in the video above!
