REQUIRED RENTER’S INSURANCE: $100,000 liability coverage that also covers pets/pet damage up to $___________ per pet.

If you are ready to become a homeowner, Trio's lease-to-own program is also an available option. With Trio, potential homebuyers can lease a home for up to three years and use the appreciation of the home's value as a down-payment when they are ready to purchase. Additionally, the home price is locked in during the lease, maintaining consistent affordability for the customer.

During the lease, Trio provides customer with 24-months of financial coaching and a fixed payment for the entire duration of the lease with a portion of each monthly payment going toward the purchase of the home. No additional down payment is required and there are no income limits. Amount of cash due at signing includes inception fee, home care contribution, underwriting fee, and the last month's payment may be waived if qualified. (Not all customers will qualify for waiver.)
