A Better Way to Manage Your Lease
Transitioning to our new Resident Portal? The Online Portal is an easy, fast, and secure way to pay charges online, view payment history, and submit maintenance requests. Get quick answers on login access, features, and what's different.
Help Getting Started
Click "Activate Now" in the email or text your property manager sends to set up your password and complete your first login. If you forget your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen, enter your account email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox (check spam if it doesn't show up).
On the Home or Payments tab, you can make a one-time payment or click "Set Up Autopay" for recurring payments. Choose eCheck (bank withdrawal) or credit/debit card, enter your payment details, and confirm to complete setup — if online payments aren't available, that's a setting your property manager controls.
Go to the Maintenance tab and submit your request along with photos of the issue. You can track its progress there too — status updates range from received, to technician contacted, to technician scheduled, to completed, and clicking "Check Status" shows the full communication timeline.
Click Property Details from the menu on the left side of your portal to view or download your lease documents. If you still need to sign your lease, it will appear automatically when you log in for you to review and e-sign line by line.
Go to the Contact Us tab and select "Request Notice to Vacate" in the Contact Options block. Enter your desired move-out date, reason for leaving, and forwarding address, then click Submit — note this option only appears if your property manager has enabled it; otherwise you'll need to contact them directly.
