In accordance with the Lease, a 60 day notice is required to terminate the lease upon the expiration of the Lease terms. If the tenants are on a month to month lease, it is 30 days and applied to the end of the following month. You'll receive an expectations letter as we near the termination date of the lease with more information pertaining to the scheduling of the move out inspection and the security deposit return process.
