Doors to the Jacksonville office officially opened on May 1st, 2017 with Market Leader Debra Pappas at the helm. She anticipates over 200 doors under management by June. The local rental scene is booming thanks to many factors including beautiful weather, coastal views and beaches, and the all-around 'salt life' Jacksonville is known for.
