Eviction Protection Plan:

This service provides piece of mind regarding the expenses associated with Eviction and Court costs in the event a tenant is in default. With out this service, an eviction can cost upwards of $650+. With this service, Renters Warehouse will cover the court filing fees, process server fees, assist in paperwork, and show up on your behalf on designated court dates.
