Tenant Find:
One of our associates will do a brief phone consultation, arrange an appointment to see the property(s) and to conduct an on site FREE rental analysis, Market and Advertise your Vacancy(s) on more websites than anyone else in Property Management (19+ Websites). We will arrange, schedule, do all showings, process a 100 point background check on each potential tenant, and prepare and assist you with all lease documents associated with each property. Our services also come with a Free 60 Day warranty on your tenant(s).
FEE: (1) MONTHS RENT.

Full Service Property Management:
Collection of Rent - Via check, C.C. or Auto Withdrawal, Coordinate Maintenance Requests, Conduct Annual & Quarterly Inspections, Facilitate Evictions, Enforce Leases, Assist in the End of Lease Turn Over, Provide Monthly Statements, Process CRP's for the IRS, offer Discounted Maintenance through our preferred vendors, and offer Discounted Tenant Placement Service on Renewals

Tenant Warranty Program:
If we place a tenant in your property and for any reason the tenant(s) is problematic or in need of eviction, whether this may be due to late payments, no payments, noise complaints, etc., We will pay for the eviction, go to court on your behalf to have them evicted, and find a new tenant for your property at no additional cost. Free for 60 days with every Tenant Find, 1 year program available for an additional fee. We are the only company confident enough in the caliber of tenants we place that we will WARRANTY every one of our tenants!
